The City of Coldspring strives to be transparent and current in all its financial activities.  Because there is No local Ad valorem Tax for the City of Coldspring, the city relies on its revenue  sources: Sales,  Hotel and Motel (HOT) funds and Franchise taxes that are collected during the year, as well as interest funds received from its investments.
